SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO — The parents of a San Clemente High School sophomore who killed himself have filed a wrongful-death lawsuit against the Capistrano Unified School District that alleges administrators failed to stop the “blatant and ongoing” bullying leading up to his suicide.
