San Diego, Calif.: School bullying has daughter in fear
SAN DIEGO, Calif. — A San Diego mother is seeking legal action after she said bullying from her daughter’s former classmate has spiraled out of control, 10News reported.

Alkini Lauderdale’s 14-year old-daughter stopped going to school because she’s afraid for her safety. Lauderdale said a classmate had been harassing her since the 5th grade, and she’s worried it’ll never stop.

Lauderdale said it is the ultimate case of “mean girls,” and she has the photos and police reports to prove it.

“There’s the spitting, the ‘I can’t stand you, I hate you, I’m gonna stab you,'” said Lauderdale.
She said the girl is jealous of her daughter’s talents as a singer.

Lauderdale said the bullying has become so bad she has filed a restraining order against the classmate that prohibits her from getting within 100 feet of their home. However, Lauderdale said she recently took a picture of the teen in the alleyway next to their apartment.

“She grabbed me by the ponytail and threw me onto the streets onto oncoming traffic,” said Lauderdale’s daughter, who told 10News she now suffers from post-traumatic stress disorder and lives in constant fear.

Lauderdale’s daughter and the other girl both attend Marston Middle School. Full story.
