LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) – A 22-year-old University of Nebraska-Lincoln student involved in a fraternity hazing case has been sentenced to probation.
Ian Dimka had been found guilty of procuring and selling alcohol to a minor. On Friday Dimka was given 18 months of probation and ordered to perform about 250 hours of community service at a hospital.
He is 1 of 9 Sigma Chi members charged after a UNL police investigation. The fraternity has since been suspended on the UNL campus for four years. Full story.
