Like many parents in South Florida, Denise Delgado was shaken last week by the murder at Coral Gables High school. Her fears grew as police discovered a cache of weapons found across several Miami-Dade County Schools.

Delgado told CBS4 News, “If you love your child, then you’ve got to be worried. If you love your child you have got to be scared, and if you love your child, you’ve got to be passionate because it could be your kid next time.”

Her passion is to defeat bullying—a growing issue she has seen among her daughter and her friends.
