Two students will go to felony trial in fatal Cal Poly hazing

After three days of testimony, a San Luis Obispo County judge decides that there is enough evidence to move forward with the fatal hazing case against two suspended Cal Poly students.

Haithem Ibrahim and Zacary Ellis face felony charges. They are accused of creating a hazing event that caused the death of 18-year-old Cal Poly freshman Carson Starkey.

An autopsy revealed Starkey died after drinking massive amounts of alcohol. Full story.
