MINNEOLA – One of four teens charged with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old boy with a hockey stick and broom in a Hillsborough County school gym locker room is now living with his father, the former mayor of this south Lake County who in 2005 supported an ordinance restricting where sexual offenders could live.

Randall Moye, 14, is charged with four counts of sexual battery, along with three other Hillsborough youths: Raymond A. Price-Murray, 14; Lee Louis Myers, 14: and Diamante J. Roberts, 15. The four are charged as adults for an assault of a flag-football teammate in April, according to the St. Petersburg Times.

Moye is the son of former Minneola Mayor Randy Moye, who led the city from 2003 to 2005. When the younger Moye bonded out of jail on June 3, the judge allowed him to live with his father at a home on Park Valley Circle. Full story.
