Bullying complaint goes to Human Rights Commission

SHOSHONE, Idaho (AP) — The Idaho Human Rights Commission is investigating after a mother said Shoshone School District administrators ignored repeated complaints of bullying.

Dawna Plath says the district failed to take action after the daughters of 2 district employees harassed her 13-year-old daughter. Plath filed a discrimination charge with the commission this summer, along with an Idaho Department of Labor complaint over the alleged inaction. Full story.
